ALUMNI FORUM

The KBC Alumni Forum was formally established in 2019 with the primary objective of nurturing a lasting sense of connection between the alumni and their alma mater. It strives to maintain meaningful communication, encourage camaraderie among graduates, and foster mutually beneficial relationships that support both Kathmandu BernHardt College and its global alumni community. The forum serves as a collaborative platform to engage with national and international stakeholders in promoting academic excellence, professional growth, and institutional pride.

Formation:

• The Alumni Forum is directly moderated by the College Activities Arranger, who also serves as the Campus Chief.

• The Admin Director oversees the forum's operations, with a designated Head of Alumni Forum responsible for coordinating all alumni-related initiatives.

• Three Heads of Departments (HoDs) act as alumni coordinators, one of whom is nominated by the Campus Chief as the focal person for the forum.

• Each department contributes four representatives (two alumni and two soon-to-graduate students) selected by the coordinators.

• The Executive Committee of the BernHardt Alumni Forum, led by the Head of Alumni Forum, consists of seven committee members responsible for planning and executing various programs with prior approval from the HoDs and final consent from the forum head.
